Help entry points, and the words you will meet
Two separate things: where to ask the operator something it can answer, and what the vocabulary on its pages actually means.

Where the operator's own help lives
Help is an entry in the account area rather than a separate site, which is why a search engine will rarely hand it to you directly. You get there from the account tab, in the same grid as Addresses and Wishlist.
That grid is also the fastest map of what the service actually offers: points, coupons, a wishlist, a custom order route and an affiliate programme, all of them things you would otherwise have to find out about by accident.
Anything that touches an order number belongs in there and nowhere else. This site has no visibility into any account, any order or any parcel, so a question sent here about one is a question that cannot be answered.
The same is true of refunds, address changes and anything time-critical. A day spent asking the wrong party is a day off a clock that is already short.

Three routes that are often confused
The archived help text reviewed on 10 October 2026 describes a 120-hour return window. Confirm the deadline and eligibility in your order before making an after-sales request. Contact covers everything else. The custom order entry is for goods that need a request rather than a link.
Picking the wrong one usually costs a day, which on a five-day clock is a meaningful fraction of it.
Official entry points: the operator's site, its help centre, its shipping estimator, the iOS app and the Android app.
The vocabulary, defined
These are the words that appear on the operator's pages and in the inspection photos. Several of them look like ordinary English and mean something narrower here.
| Term | What it means on these pages |
|---|---|
| QC | Short for quality check. Here it names the warehouse inspection that happens once an item arrives, plus the photographs that come out of it. A comparison against the listing, and nothing more than that. |
| Stocked in | The status an item reaches once the warehouse has taken it in and looked at it. The five-day return window counts from this moment and not from delivery, which is why the exact words are worth knowing. |
| Version number | A code a shop uses to distinguish production runs of the same design. It appears in the published inspection scope, so a mismatch is something the photos are meant to catch. |
| Variant | A choice inside a single listing: colour, size, length. On Chinese listings the colour row is labelled 颜色分类, literally colour classification, and its labels often carry a numeric code as well as a word. |
| Declared value | The value written on the customs paperwork when a parcel is submitted. The platform offers a drafted declaration you can edit, which means the final number is a choice someone makes. |
| Consolidation | Combining several warehouse items into one outbound parcel. Items with a side of 90 cm or more are flagged as oversized and handled separately. |
| Fill and Buy | The request form for platforms the search box does not read: JD, Yupoo, Xianyu, Xiaohongshu and Dewu. A person handles the request rather than a parser. |
| Yupoo | An image album host, not a shop. There is no product page behind a Yupoo link, which is why it goes through the request form instead of the search box. |
| 1688 | A wholesale-facing marketplace. The same goods often appear there and on Taobao under different titles, which is why a phrase that works on one can return nothing on the other. |
| Weidian | A marketplace built around individual shops rather than a central catalogue, which is why browsing it from the outside is harder than browsing Taobao. |
Frequently asked questions
Where do I ask the operator a question
Use the Help entry in the account area, which holds the contact route, or one of the published community channels. This site can see no account, no order and no parcel, so anything carrying an order number has to go there.
Which languages does the operator's own site offer
Ten at the time of capture: English, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German, French, Polish, Arabic, Simplified Chinese and Dutch. Captured 2026-10-10.
Is there an app
Yes, on both the iOS and Android stores. The store listings are the operator's own and are linked below rather than described, because store pages change more often than guides do.
Can this site place an order for me
No. There is no cart here, no payment, no account and no parcel. Everything transactional happens on the operator's own site, and the only thing that crosses from here to there is a link.
Why does a number here differ from a number there
Because the operator published both, at different times, and we print both with their dates rather than picking the one we prefer. Three cases are flagged on this site: the inspection photo count, the order processing window, and the warehouse city.
